Open your Shop on Stoa

Stoa is a marketplace for the shops on your street. A customer nearby sees what is on your shelf, asks you to hold it, and pays you at your counter the way they always would. It costs you nothing — no commission, no listing fee.

Stoa is for shops with a door

An account on Stoa belongs to a business with a physical storefront — a real address a person can walk into, with a counter and somebody behind it. Online-only sellers, and resellers with no shop to walk into, are not accepted. The reason is the promise Stoa makes: somebody reserves a thing and turns up for it. Without a door there is nowhere to turn up to.

This goes to a person at Stoa, who reads it and comes back to you. You are not listed until then, and you can stop at any point.
